Understand the character culture of your company, and how to change it. Using the Leadership Alignment Inventory assessment tool, determine your strengths and weaknesses in the mission critical roles of a successful leader! Delivery Formats Groupworks Interactive: CDI facilitates this first step of the process at your site with your Executive Leadership Team. Groupworks Video - A cost effective alternative to the onsite sessions, the Groupworks Video delivery format enables you to facilitate this process internally. The Institute - Held at a CDI location, The Institute is designed for individual leaders. II. Leadership Foundations for Entrepreneurial Companies: The LFEC is for senior leadership teams in entrepreneurial companies or new divisions. It combines the Leadership Foundations program with the Strategic Development & Alignment Process. III. Leadership Intensives: Programs designed to cover in-depth specific areas of suggested development uncovered in Leadership Foundations. I. Employee Foundations: Provides employees with the same principles presented in Leadership Foundations, but applies these principles to their responsibilities.
