Leadership Development and Alignment…

The most powerful change that takes place in an organization occurs when the leaders and the employees begin to align to the goals and objectives of the organization.

I. Leadership Foundations:
The CDI's Leadership Development and Alignment process assesses, develops, and aligns leaders with the Vision, Mission and Guiding Principles of the company. Theory and reality collide in the Leadership Foundations program! Leadership Foundations allows you to:

  • Become an integrated leader.
  • Align your leaders with the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Understand the character culture of your company, and how to change it.
  • Using the Leadership Alignment Inventory assessment tool, determine your strengths and weaknesses in the mission critical roles of a successful leader!
Delivery Formats
  • Groupworks Interactive: CDI facilitates this first step of the process at your site with your Executive Leadership Team.
  • Groupworks Video - A cost effective alternative to the onsite sessions, the Groupworks Video delivery format enables you to facilitate this process internally.
  • The Institute - Held at a CDI location, The Institute is designed for individual leaders.
II. Leadership Foundations for Entrepreneurial Companies:
The LFEC is for senior leadership teams in entrepreneurial companies or new divisions. It combines the Leadership Foundations program with the Strategic Development & Alignment Process.

III. Leadership Intensives:
Programs designed to cover in-depth specific areas of suggested development uncovered in Leadership Foundations.

Employee Development and Alignment…

Even when your leaders are aligned, if your employees are not aligned to the companies goals and objectives, your company can never attain it's full potential.

I. Employee Foundations:
Provides employees with the same principles presented in Leadership Foundations, but applies these principles to their responsibilities. (Two sessions)

  • Character Culture: Learn how you shape the character culture in your company.
    • Complete a Character Alignment Inventory
  • Applied Skills Inventory: Understand the key behavioral and interpersonal skills needed to succeed.
    • Complete the Applied Skills Inventory
    • Create a Personal Development Plan
